This exceptional hospitality project consisted of a fitout of the front of house café and back of house bakery. The site was a cold shell, built to suit food authority requirements, a working bakery accompanied by a high-end café out the front.

Structural works were required to complete the fit-out, with a new floor slab to withstand the load of heavy bakery equipment, accompanied by a shopfront with curved glass and high-end finishes.

The programme required a thoughtfully considered plan as the site was located close to nearby cafes and restaurants which restricted noise and access to the site at certain times.

To mitigate any disruptions, the team worked during standard working hours and out of hours times to ensure the project was successfully delivered and handed over to the client within the promised 10-week program.
